Terms & Conditions

Lunch-Meal Order Time: One day before by 8pm
  • Lunch-Meals will be delivered between 11am to 1.30pm
  • Monday to Saturday only. Sunday Closed. If we are closed on any other day / Public Holiday, it shall be updated on website or informed in advance via any other form of communication.
  • If in doubt, please confirm availability of delivery service in your area before making payment. Call us at 9082688962.
  • Appropriate Delivery Charge would be levied as per delivery area.
  • Items, Meal Combos, Delivery Charge, Service Terms and Prices are subject to change. Changes shall be updated on our website from time-to-time.
  • Incase of unavailability of service, any dispute, etc. Bring My Dabba reserves the right to discontinue the meal service of any customer. We shall communicate to the customer about the same.
  • Lunch-meals will be delivered by Dabbawalas of Mumbai or any other concierge services. Necessary arrangements for collection of lunch-meal have to be made by the customer at the delivery point. At many places, the delivery boys/dabbawalas are not allowed to enter the premises.
  • For Party Orders, Snack Box Orders, Corporate Orders and Bulk Order, please call us at 9082688962 1 week in advance.
    • Refund and Cancellation Policy

      Registered users can cancel their order by logging into their account.

      Only Two meals can be cancelled in one subscription plan and refund will be credited to your wallet for use on next order. Dabbawala’s delivery charge and other appropriate charges would be deducted when more than two meals are cancelled.

      User can cancel the order one day before the CUT-OFF time mentioned. Cancellation is not possible after the cut-off time has passed.

      No refund in bank account. Only if tiffin service is not possible to be served further from our end, balance wallet amount will be refunded to bank account, refund transaction charge will be deducted at 10% from the refund amount.


    • We take extreme care to fulfil your order successfully. However incase of non-delivery or wrong delivery by Dabbawalas due to uncontrollable circumstances, we shall inspect the reason for non-delivery and take further decision about; carry forwarding the meal (or) refund to the wallet (or) none.     Privacy Policy

    • At Bring My Dabba, we do not sell your private information to any third party. This includes your banking info, email address and any other related details. Only we have access to the basic information which you enter on our site and which we use for order management and promotional purposes such as offering discounts and updates. Your banking info is never stored in our database at any time.
